Dear Experts,
Wife staying away from husband for more than 11 months. After a few months of marriage, husband came to know that wife was in control of her cousin-brother. In many occasions, her cousin brother interfered in husband's family matters like naming ceremony of child etc. Wife is innocent, but under the total control of her cousin-brother. EVen wife's father, mother or her own brothers never interfered in husband-wife relationship, but her cousin-brother does. He never discusses any issue with husband/ husband's family members, but always influences wife from behind.
Her cousin-brother is in his early 40s and has not married. Only he has relation with wife''s family. His parents do not visit wife's family.
Is there any way out legally to make this guy to stay away from our life? Can I file any case against him in court??
