Greetings.
We are a nuclear family (Husband and Wife) residing and working in Bangalore (MNC). My wife is suffering an illness due to pregnacny. The organisation is working for, has certain benefits in relation to leaves when in such situation (illness due to pregnancy). At the moment doctor has strictly instrcted her bedrest for at least 10 days and, wife's organisation has allowed her to take this time off (paid leave).
Do men also have any rights where the husband can avail paid time-off (other than earned / casual / sick leave) to look after the wife? Please advise.
