It means its a new court case and we have to move around in a new court. what is the use of new case when same lines is going in DV case and where she is not presenting/ not giving evevidence.

Yes. You put your submissions in writing that she is not appearing in the cases which she filed and intentionally delaying the matter.  Also ask to quash the complaint before women's commission.  By the way, women's commission has no power to pass judicially enforceable orders.

Visit the commission and submit all your cases pending before them and also aware them that she is not attending the court proceedings only to harass you , tell them your cases are subjudice and you are regularly attend the court, request them to dismissed her complaint ,woman commission has no judical power they cannot trial your case there or arrest or punish you .
