Wife not complied rcr decree. is she entitled for int. maint?

Dear Respected Lawyers,

I seek your needful advice, that "wife non complied Restitution of Conjugal Rights decree even after 1 year of passing the decree. Is she entitled interim maintenance in the divorce case filed by Husband? There is 6 years of desertion also there. Pls. help me by giving your vaulable answer.

Defend her maintenance petition on the basis of her desertion of 6 years and non compliance of decree of RCR. Seek dissolution of marriage on the ground of non compliance of decree of RCR.
