my wife had Left home about 2 years back after marriage of 3.5 years at 2015. she deserted without any reason.
After 9 months of desertion she applied for Dva which is still pending. she claims her brother had given hand Loan of 10L during demonetisation and she doesn't have any documents to prove the fault on me or my parents.
I am attending the Dva case and is evidence stage pending.
mean while she has put a divorce case and she is not attending the case also. I wanted the case to be ex-parte so haven't represented the case, just watching the proceedings.
now she has stopped attending divorce case after filing. divorce case is in evidence stage and has pending from 6 + hearings. What happens if wife doesn't show up for divorce petition even at the time of evidence?
