Dear Vinod,
you have two options
first you write a letter to her in a brief way asking her to come back with your child for continuing matrimonial relationship. the letter should be drafted in such a way that she would respond, don’t use abusive language or blame her for any reason.
If there is no response from her then secondly you can file a case of restitution of conjugal rights in the court where she resides now or where the marriage had taken place or the last residence where you both stayed together.
Supreme court had given a judgment that deserted wife is not entitled to get any type of alimony or compensation from her husband. so you are safe for some reasons.
Before doing all you ask your parents or relative to approach her parents and resolve the issue. You have to take some initiatives to resolve the problem with your wife, don’t allow the gap between you and your wife. Just take with her and convince her.
All the best

Hello Nagaraj SK
Thanks for taking out time for your kind and genuine advise.
We had meeting on 4th december 2017 with their parents and my parents, they immediately changed the statment after that meeting in which they agreed to send her and kid 14th Jan. They basically came with motive to collect the documents which she left as she is giving GOVT bank exams. They are lieing on every talk which has taken out faith from them.
I spoken with wife softly but she always ends with she will come only when her parents will send her. She is expecting me to go there home and beg for wife and kid. Even though If I do that they will change the statment again as did in past. There only motive is to me to seprate from my family as she is not ready/willing to adjust with my parents.
Thanks Again!
