As the divorce was filed by me and as i aspected she refused to join me in front of judge and made the allegation of dowry harrashment beating alongwith the maintanance application of sec 24 alongwith 26 of HMA 1955. she is pregnant for 6 months. i have so many proofs against each of her allegations but my MIL wants money and washing the brain of my wife. wife likes a boy, i have all the proofs in video and audio records and also in call detail of one year. my MIL is mastermind and FIL is cool.
judge said to join and to think of child but she strongly said that if join she will be killed. i dont know how.
now what to do anyone please advice.
