same person in private complaint change address and act as neighbour and giving different point in witnessing exactly opposite in domestic violence case

You can file of case of forgery by showing diffrent addresses as evidence.First check it out,may be both address belong to him.If it is not you have good case of forgery and cheating.

I am reading threads in LCI for quite sometime , But Real experts are not giving solutions for problems like the ones stated above .
