My wife is living in my house with my parents......but am living in a rented place........ domestic violence filed by wife is pending in the court......... my parents want to evict my wife from the house......... house is on my father's name but property dispute has been going on the house......if my parents want to evict her:
1. will the judge evict my wife out of her matrimonial home??
2.will the judge ask for the property papers from my parents??
3.since am living on rent..so is this enough to evict my wife??
