Wife's false statement on injury-urgent

1. Whether any such medical certificate (not MLC) made by wife after going back to home can make husband suffer?

Yes but you have to defend it, show proof that you were not there at the time of instant occur. And MLC is made by govt. hospital with the help of police. If such thing happen why she did not call 100?

2. If she has obtained MLC then should police is bound to inform husband ?

NO, not necessary, but they surely call you in police station for some money extortion.In MLC there is a separate colum where IO put comments about injuries.like NORMAL, Danger to health etc..

3. Can govt. doctor just write only in medical certificate that injury incurred is due to domestic violence without making an MLC? If yes, how strong such medical certificate obtained from govt. hospital is?

If MLC is made by govt doctor only then need to worry otherwise forget it. I have the same case my ex goes to private nearby family doctor and told that husband has physically assault her.

 

 Also, can the witness of husband's mother & a minor relative, stand in court  if husband challenges wife's false statement regarding the cause of injury.
