friends,I am facing a false case of 498a/DV and my ex is demanding 55k per month as maintanance . I know she is working in a top notch IT company in Pune. Is there any way I can get her salary/Tax information using RTI.
What all document should I gather for this purpose. Can some one tell me about the RTI activist in Pune whomI can meet and try to get this information ?

She may demand even a million,nothing stopping her to do so.Dont bother on what she is demanding,bother on proving that she is already working and NOT ENTITLED TO MAINTENANCE.
Do you have any kids ?, if yes, you need to pay maintenance for the kid.
You do not have to go to RTI activist for RTI. Your lawyer should be able to file a RTI application.
PAN card details will help.
