Wife stopped coming to caw cell

Respected Members,
My case is with CAW Cell where IO asked for Difference List from my wife,after I submiited my admit list for Stridhan.However my wife has not appeared for last 2 times at CAW Cell with her difference list I am not sure if its her lawyer trick,as shesubmitted a big false list of stridhan.(I assume most people provide huge list).
We have called on her cell,but she is not picking and cutting calls sometimes.
Also,I have verbally requested IO for dismissal of complaint,where my IO didnt reply.
Could I understand if any precautions I have to take and what lies in future for my complaint.
Will it be going on for more time,if yes how many more dates.
Is there any time period limit or specfic number of times ifshe is unavailable so complain gets cancel or I can formally write application to IO.

Make letter and get sign from IO that she did not join on 2 dates. That is all you can do from your side at this point. If she wants to pursue her case forward she can despite skipping dates. Police and courts love to start new cases on flimsy grounds but refuse to close them even when good grounds exist. This is the reason Indian judiciary is the way it is. This is cost of living in India and making mistake of marrying Indian girl.

You can refuse to attend CAW dates at this point. Tell IO to call you again incase wife returns to pursue case. IO does not have power to dismiss the complaint. It will go to cold storage if she doesn't pursue, it will revive if she comes back to pursue.
