what do you want? to keep her or leave her?

first decide that. if you dont want to keep her, then your divorce is very easy, as false cases filed against husband is cruelty upon husband,a nd you are eligible for divorce.

you are lucky fellow that your wife is asking divorce-------just think reverse when you need divorce and your wife will pull your legs and don't let you to go away snatching your all peace and freedom with hard earned money through mainetanance then what would you have done?

Now come to the reality if there is no proof then let her fight at last she will come to you for negotiations and she will offer you MEGA DISCOUNT on not your freedom but on her freedom. So wait for that moment. But make a note a person whose tendency is to go away can't be asked to remain with you a longtime.

Better leave on her own thinking. Both side you are safe.

Govt of india proposed a marriage amendment bill that will harm all males and husbands .

Bill harms parents of men for sin of being parents and saving for their retirement

This bill proposes that wives can divorce one
sided after three years and will take away half property of Male

Men will not get any such right so even if wife is richer she takes away the money.

She can stake to  Even your parents' property as law covers property that is inheritable . Where will they go ?

We will be left ...with no choice , yes men will not get
similar treatment. They will lose all they haVE . Please help in stopping this daylight dacoity .

If you don't believe this may impact you , look around every fourth wiproite knows someone or other going through  a divorce

Cruelty can be physical, mental as well as legal. Most of the times, petitions filed under this ground do not have any concrete evidence, however, it is the cross examination of the party that proves whether cruelty was done by any party. Further this sort of petition also gives rise to mediation and result in divorce, which is must faster than proving or contesting the petition.
