My father made a will in favour of me and mentioned for my mother and sister as "mera inse koi sambandh nahi hai" and he dies Jan'16. My father made me his owner of his moveable and immovable property. He was getting the pension as he was government employee. I have withdrawn money from his pension account after his death. My mother filed a criminal case against me u/s 420/467/468. The honourable court order to investigate the matter and file an FIR accordingly. Now police is saying that I am not authorized for withdraw money even I have will made by my father and I have committed this offence.
