Ours is a joint Hindu Family property. Now only the coparceners have the right to partition but if partition takes place then there are few females who are also entitled to a share viz. wife, mother, grandmother.
my question is can my grandmother even before partion make a will of her share in the joint hindu family property? Or is it that only after the partition takes place she is entitled to make the will?
