Will - Fake - Time limit

Dear All,

a person with four married daughter - without issue, died on 02.09.2009. He had  made will duly notarise but same is misplaced/misappropriated by one of his sister. She has with her son prepared fake will with the help of Notary/Advocate and produced xerox copy of will in which executors as well as witness both are same. Now they have tried to encash the FDs in the name of other sisters on the ground of nomination but caught by the banks. Now other parties want to challange the will. Can they ???

since the will is fake, you better go for lodging of FIR against them for cheating and fraud.

that shall serve your purpose.

Yes you should challenge the fake Will and also lodge an FIR as suggested by Mr. Manish.

Mr. Devang Mistry,

Your query is not clear. " a person with four married daughter - without issue, died on 02.09.2009. "

It could be sisters and not daughters.I agree  with other learned friends.

You can file an FIR and if no proper action from police you can file a private complain
