Based on the experts opinion I got from the earlier thread, I am preparing a rejoinder to be submitted after my wife files counter in 3 weeks from now.
Meanwhile I have this query.
As I did not collect sufficient video/audio/email proof before filing my divorce petition based on "mental cruelty",
what are the chances that my divorce case will fail?
If my divorce case fails, will I be forced to live with my cruel wife?
Please suggest expert legal opinion.
I am not worried about whether my case drags till I get justice.
But in any case, I cannot live with that women.
