Upon sessions court takes the congnizance on perjury in 125 CrPC case, will it get priority when it is transfered to Magistrate court for trial will run as normal case or it will be run faster that other cases running in that magistrate court..

No there is no such incident but yes if sessions judge directs so then might be yes.
but actual provisions in law is such that appliaction u/s. 125 is normally settled within six months of filing it.
