Can any one explain how will should be register??
I have lot of doubts in this
The person who wants to register his/her WILL personall with seceret. That person can individually can go and register the will or he/she have to bring some third party to put evidence signature and the person should register in the local sub register office or they can register the document in any one on the sub register office which belong to that state government.

A person who want to register his will he go to sub registrar along with 2 attesting witness & present his will to tell him to register my will & safe in sealed cover in the fire proof box provided by the registrar of the state. After the death of the taster who want the will apply with application and requited fee.
