Will probate

Dear All,

In a Will, some properties were bequeathed and some properties falls under metropolitan area and some properties were fall under outskrits.  I wanted to know, if somebody deals with properties in outskirts, is it necessary to get the above Will probated or not as the Will is bearing both properties of metropolitan and outskirt.  Experts please advice.

A probate is a copy of a will certified by a court of competent jurisdiction. It proves that it is the last and final will of the deceased penned on a particular date. A probate is granted with the court seal and has a copy of the will attached to it. An administrator or executor appointed under the will may not be able to administer its provisions without a probate.

were ever the property is located the copy of will is to be probated
