Will re-registration

My question is:

Once a will has been executed can the will be cancelled by the same person who created it, for sale of his properties. In such a case does the consent of  the person mentioned in the will required, for further action like sale/ forming a charitable trust

regard's

will is usually after the death of a person or at  happening of event . If person is alive he can make new will , stating that  this will supersede all my earlier will . and he can make changes in the will . accordingly.
