Noted lawyers please advice:
My father wants to execute a will in favor of me. He owns a home in chennai and a few properties in another state. My father and my mother are alive. But due to grave tensions in our family he plans to execute a will.
My queries are:
1) Can my father make a combined will for all the properties put together ( chennai home+properties in another state)
2) Does he need to register the will at both the places as the propeties are in two different locations.
3) Is it possible to make a combined will registration in one place only..
