Will -- veelunama in telugu

I am planning to execute registered will to my son, so that he can take ownership of my properties.

Can we put a clause to loose the cancelation autority of will. I am loving my son today and with self interest planning to move my rights to son, but later my mind set may change.

Do you suggest to go for will thru puting a clause for "No Cancellation of will in My life time " or Do we need to go for gift sale deed.

Inserting the clause in will is not necessary. You can revoke the will at any time during your life. The will come into force after the death of teastator.
