Dear Sirs/Madam,
My husband and I have decided to withdraw our mutual consent after filing it in court in July 2014.
The next hearing is on 21st Nov 2014. But we have reconciled and do not want the divorce.
Can you please let me know how to stop the process and what are the required steps?
We are unable to be present at court on 21st Nov 2014.

its very good that you both have reconciled
you can present a petition in the section for closing the mc divorce petition and request the court to close the petition as you both reconciled through your lawyer before that date itself or if on that day if you are not present also court will give another date and you both can appear on that date and can tell the facts
