but since divorce notice has been sent to me from court... is it necessary for me or both me and my husband to appear in court to withdraw divorce petition.... or only my husband himself can withdraw the petition.... or we both need not attend the hearing....please guide me...

Husband should appear in the court and withdraw the suit. And the court will disposed the case on withdrawal. In his petition he will mention that the matter was settled amicably & he want to lead happy conjugal life with you.

Nice to hear someone save her family. You both should appear in court and can say matter has solve amicably. You both want to continue your marriage. He wants to withdraw his divorce petition. The court will disposed the case on withdrawal.
