Withholding graduation details

Hello Ma'am, 

S. 340 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 deals with Wrongful Confinement. With the facts of the case provided by you the application of such a section is irrelavant and cannot stand. Thus, this cannot affect you in anyway. 

Unfortunately as you withheld information about your graduation you can expect legal proceedings against you, but not under S. 340 of the IPC.
