Dear All,
In one of the domestic violence case a witness list of 27 witnesses has been submitted. The judge says that only one witness at one date will be examined. If this happens the case will be prolonged for years together. By law this case has to close within 6 months, but already is the case is on for 2 years.
Is there any way to expediate this witness procedure or convince the judge to finish the witness procedure?
If the judge continues in this manner it will ruin the life of both the parties.
So kindly tell all the possible ways to expediate the matter.
