In baroda a serson regstered case against corporation. and he is not a laywer. but he fight his own case without advocate. how is it possible. what is the procedure for this. please guide me
is there any books which guide me about this. as i have no law degree. I graduate in engineering.

Everybody has a right to fight his own case. There is no need to engage a lawyer. But It is as harmful as a patient operate himself without a surgeon.
