What is the value of statement given by a girl in women cell and FIR of 498a?
In my case there is a contradicting statement given by my wife in women cell, FIR 498a and Domestic violence case.
My wife has exhibited the women cell statement and FIR of 498a in her petition of DV case.
Do the Court will take note of contradicting statement given by my wife in women cell, 498a FIR and DV petition, how far it will affect if there is a gross contradicting statement?
will it give advantage to me or it will not matter as it is a statement given at women cell and FIR 498a and not under oath.
Please advice.
