women profety right

my mother got married in 1986.my mom's dad died before the marrege. my mother's grandfather's inherit profety (agriculture land) was transferred to my mom's brothers by their name. my mother will be done if try for a share in profety?

The property is jointly vested with all the legal heirs of the grandfather, including your mother. She can seek her share, if unavoidable, even by filing a partition suit.
