I am the only daughter of my parents with no siblings. We stay in a very old rented flat (paghdi system) since many decades.... I would like to know that after my marriage and in the event of my parents death, do I hold rights to the house as I am the only heir...Also if I am not staying in the house, can the landlord force me to vacate???
