Womens right in mother's property

i am a married women and only a single child of my parents. my parents both are retired pensioners from government service. But for sake of having a son , my father married to my mother's younger sister. and my step mother is having 2 sons who are above 21 yrs of age and both are working.

my problem is that , from last 5 years i am demanding for my property share to my father, mother and step mother. but they 3 of them and my 2 step brothers are not ready to give me share in the property. they are refusing my rights.  All the property including Land and 2 Flats are in the name of my mother and she had nominated my step mother after her death. Is it legal that instead of me , my mother is nominating her sister on all the properties.

please advice me what should i do to get my property rights from my parents. also advice can i get full 100 % share in my mother's owned property .

1) It is for your mother / father to do as they wish for their self acquired property including gifting / willing/ selling it to anyone.Your rights can only be wrt their ancestral property, if any.

2) Nomination, btw, is not the same as will/ gift. It does not transfer the property. The Nominee only holds the property "in trust " till ownerships are decided.
