Womes rites

my grand father bought a property approximately in 1957 and its now registered as HUF  , he had 3 boys and 3 girls as child. All his daughters got married before 1973. After death of my grand parents, In servy form,tax papers etc every were all 3 boys name is registered. So now is there any rites for 3 daughter. If yes how much ? And as per which section of law ?

 

If any more details required pls let me know to answer my quarry.

The sisters will have no share post 2005 amendment for the reason that property already devolved on the Sons and rights upon them crystalised.

After death of my grand father in all documents of property name was transfered on name of my grand mother and it was clearly mentioned tht after her 3 son will b owner with NOC of all three girls. now in 2005 govt rule came tht girls also hav rites?

So now is there any rites for 3 daughter. If yes how much ? And as per which section of law ?

if 3 brother want to sell ot redevelope the property do dey need NOC letter of all 3 girls again ?
