Hello, this is about a Govt. Navratna Company. They have make a MoU from a Coaching institute to give JEE coaching to students. They are paying the fees from CSR (Corporate Social Responsibilty ) Fund to coaching institutes, But are giving coaching to their emplyee's wards only. Is this legal ? as they are not giving coaching to students of non-employee or local residents. Can any one help meor can any one suggest how to stop this if its not legal.
