Hi,
I'm a lecturer in aided PU college(Karnataka).
There is lesser workload in our college due to lack of students.
So, respective authority(DD-PU Board) deputed me to other college for 3 days in a week,last few years.Now, this year,they didn't deputed me anywhere.
Not only me,they didn't deputed many lecturers across the district.
Only few are deputed.
Does this lead it to cut in my salary? as I'm not deputed and lesser workload? up
I'm worried about it.
Need advice.
