Would like to have baby while being in live in relationship.

want to secure the custody of baby before his/her birth. As the partner has not cleared his divorce case, its pending. can any legal document be made ? stating that the child could not claim from its biological father and the father cannot take the custody of child in future ?

There is some confusion as to the way to obtain custody of baby before his/her birth. Contact the implications with the lady's advocate that is dealing with her divorce case as he/she is the only competent person to proceed further on behalf of her client (baby's mother).

Before solemanisation/ contacting a marriage the child from relationship would be illegitamate, even then has all rights in the property of father.

There are deeper issues involved in the query.
