Dear sir,
Please tell me what is WRIT.we have a civil case in a district court from last 7years.we are having proper legal document etc,.but the opposite party is not having any document and they occupied that place.
yet they have not submitted any proper document in the court and they are not come.they just making it delay nad vaaitha,vaaitha like that,. if i apply WRIT can i get quick result.if it is possible means what is the procedure.what i want to do.
