Writ Petition in supreme court

Respected Sir/Madam,

I have found in Supreme Court website that any writ petition can be submitted online. What will happen after submission the WP online? Do I need to appoint an advocate for hearing? If I don't appoint any advocate will that WP appear in the court for judgement?
