Write off my claim

Hi

I want to draw up a legal document to write off the stake I, my spouse, children and other descendants may have on my parents' assets now and in the future. Basically, none of us can stake claim...

Please note that no one is asking me for it and that I want to do this all on my own.

Please advise whether I need to draft this on a stamp paper or would a normal paper document duly notarized serve the purpose legally.

Detailed info would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you.

Rashmi

dear you can do it by filing a declaration suit and can urge the same by the medium of application to the revenue registrar having jurisdiction of that land or any property that you want to cut off your name from the coparcenary and ansessotral property but

but the rights of your son will remain as it is on the ancessotral and coparcenary property you cant not withdraw them mere by any registered ground.
