Written arguments

I plan to adopt the following format. Your thoughts/advice most appreciated.

Brief facts of Plaintiffs case

Brief facts of Defendants case

Defendant's facts in issue along with proof of facts

Plaintiff's facts in issue along with Defendant's evidence in rebuttal

Written arguments along with applicable stature/Apex court judgements/high court judgements.

thanks for the posting.pl remember once you submit  written notesof arguments youthere by bind yourselveto the four corners of that.in changed circumstances and at appealate stage you can not traverse outside.whatever mentioned may be the ingredientsbut  each case is different and a straight  jacket formula difficult to prescribe.further didcussion s are needed since nothing mentioned in cpc code so far format is concerned.sc pratihar
