There are 3 lands lying together with survey number A, B. and C . All the subject land in position, holding and enjoyment. In the parent deed, Survey No. A and B missed and survey number A and B handovered stating surevy numbeR C. so no deed for survey number A and B now. How such mistake correct now and get proper docuemntation for A and B.
Then neigbor land holder had created a mortage deed for his land by by mistake he has mentioned our survey number ie C in that mortage deed. However electricity connection, and our house in the subjet plot which is exactly center of entire land. How the mistake can be rectified ? Is there any way out to get correct and removrd morgate from our survey number though court of law?
