Wrong Survey number in Sale deed

we had incorrect survey number for the land which our relatives have Sold in 2014 in AP. they didn't recognised it while the sale happened. will there be any legal action taken on them since they sold it.

Ji, if wrong Survey Number was mentioned wrongly, then they can execute a "Rectification Deed" to the Survey Number.  If any Market Value is difference between the wrong S.No. and correct S.No., they have to pay stamp duty and registration fee on the difference value.  If no difference in the value a normal fee will be levied.
