Heard learned counsel for the parties.
Learned counsel for the respondent-contemnor has placed on record a letter stating therein that the bank guarantee has been filed before the Registrar, Original Side of the Calcutta High Court on 28th May, 2010 and the same has been duly acknowledged by the Office of the Registrar in Insolvency, Original side of the Calcutta High Court, subject to scrutiny by the Department. In view of this, nothing survives in this matter. The Contempt Petition is, accordingly, disposed of.
