i am kapil dev sharma belongs to village ratta khera disst. jind haryana. i got married with manisha sharma. she belongs to jind. she complited his education from pune. i married with her on 29 octuber 2009. after marriage She wanted us to move to jind where her family stay(ghar jamai). but i did not agree to her demands as i wasn't ready to move in laws family.We have had clashes over this topic every 3-4 days starting from the 2nd day of marriage. she threatened me of file fake cases of domestic violence/dowry. But later she would be calm and sometimes apologizes so we thought she will change and we never told anyone about this but she was spoiling my image befor every relative. she point out every time to me. she use word like kutta gaav ka gavar etc. she spent mostly time at jind. six month ago her family beat me and my family and took so many things with them. right now she is living with her family no contact to me. she even do not alow me to see my 10 months old daughter. i want divorce and coustudy of my daugther as soon possiable plz suggest me ?
