My 15 years of experience in drafting and prosecuting Indian and foreign patents have enabled my clients in addressing issues of patentability, patent infringement, freedom-to-operate and invalidity proceedings. I have assisted multiple inventors, professors, researchers, technology-driven start-ups and private & limited companies in patent landscapes, invention mining, portfolio generation and IPR protection In India, USA, China, Japan and other jurisdictions. I am a regular visiting faculty at the top institutes of the country and have given seminars across India on protection strategies for businesses and innovators to beat the competition.
