Killer Rathore’s pension to be frozen

The Central government on Tuesday sent a notice to Haryana Govt to freeze the pension of former Director General of Police (DGP) SPS Rathore who is convicted for molesting 14-year-old teenager Ruchika Girhotra.The order from the Centre came after Rathore was stripped off his police medal on Monday.
