Appointment of J & K High Court Judges

In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 95 of the Constitution of Jammu and Kashmir, the President is pleased to appoint (1) Shri Justice Sunil Hali, and (2) Shri Justice Muzaffar Hussain Attar, Additional Judges of the Jammu and Kashmir High Court, to be Judges of the Jammu & Kashmir High Court, with effect from the dates they assume charge of their respective offices.
