Karnataka High Court Order

Two different opinion have been given by the Hon'ble Chief Justice and Justice Kumar of Karnataka High Court .

Decedent MLAs of BJP had challenged the order of the Speaker disqualifing them from the membership.  C.J . upheld the order of the speaker and N.Kumar dismissed the order of the Speaker.  As such the case is referred to another single judge.
