Part Time Member in the 19th Law Commission of India

The 19th Law Commission of India was constituted for a period of three years w.e.f. 1st September 2009 and upto 31st August 2012. At present, Shri Justice P. V. Reddi, retired Judge, Supreme Court of India, is the Chairman and Dr. B. A. Agarwal, is the Member-Secretary of the Commission.

Apart from two full-time Members and seven Part-time Members, with a view to induct more legal experts in the Commission, the Government has approved the appointment of Shri Narsingha Mishra (Senior Advocate, High Court of Orissa) as a Part-time Member in the Commission.
