Additional Judges of Bombay High Court Appointed

In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (1) of article 224 of the Constitution of India, the President is pleased to appoint (1) Shri Tanaji Vishwas Nalawade, (2) Shri Madatali Noormohammed Gilani, (3) Shri Madan Trymbak Joshi, (4) Shri Madanlal Laxmandas Tahaliyani, (5) Shri Abhay Mahadeo Thipsay, and (6) Shri Utkarsh Vishvanath Bakre, as Additional Judges of the Bombay High Court, in that order of seniority, for a period of two years, with effect from the dates they assume charge of their offices, except Shri Madatali Noormohammed Gilani, whose tenure shall be upto January 25,2013 i.e. the date of superannuation.
